Thank you Billy Gillis, HRM Councillor District 15

Crystal Spence, Board Member and Darrell Dempster, President of the Sackville Sport Heritage Hall of Fame Society were pleased to accept a cheque from Billy Gillis, HRM Councillor District 15, on November 27th at the Sackville Sports Stadium.

The money is from the District 15 Capital Fund; and will be used to pay for the production and installation of the new display cases for the upper wall! The display cases were built by Board Member Ross Sampson. Of note, the SSHHoFS is the first group to receive money from this fund since Mr. Gillis was elected!
